Develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans for the organization to attract new clients and retain / grow existing ones.
Execute marketing programs from start to finish, including but not limited to: online presence, website development, digital and print materials and advertising, SEO, email marketing, tradeshows and events, public relations, crisis management, etc., leveraging internal support and driving collaboration to drive results
Develop company-wide project management optimization initiative, evaluating practices and software (e.g. MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com), implementing project management best practices and standard operating procedures, and conducting quarterly reviews to enhance overall effectiveness
Establish positioning, identify target audiences, curate key product and service offerings, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
Evaluate pricing strategy, product and service value proposition, consumer satisfaction, and other aspects of the customer experience to create effective marketing strategies and campaigns
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
Conduct market research to analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies, identify and evaluate opportunities for new products or services, and uncover potential business threats
Use marketing-specific software to implement, track, measure and optimize online marketing programs, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and HubSpot
Work with product development teams to manage new product development, manage launch campaigns for new products, and manage distribution channels for products
